Become our next Account Executive, responsible for the full sales cycle in the German market. You’ll prospect new customers, close mid-market deals, and directly contribute to our ambition to become one of Europe’s leading Expense Management software providers.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and have the freedom to build your own market approach.

What you’ll do

·       Prospect and build your own pipeline.

·       Close deals through both outbound, inbound and partner channels.

·       Manage the full sales cycle: from qualification to demos, commercial negotiation, and closing.

·       Collaborate with Marketing to convert inbound leads and shape outbound campaigns.

·       Collaborate closely with our implementation team to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

·       Share market insights to strengthen our pricing, positioning, and partnerships.

·       Accelerate growth in the German market.

Job requirements

Who you are

·       2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in FinTech or mid-market software.

·       A true hunter who gets energy from closing deals and exceeding targets.

·       Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable in a hands-on scale-up environment.

·       Analytical skills and AI proficiency: all team members are expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and make smart use of AI tools, whatever helps them work smarter and drive results in their role.

·       Experienced with consultative or value-based selling (SPICED, SPIN, and  MEDDIC, we speak your language).

·       Experience in various AI technologies usage and integrations is a plus.

·       Native German speaker with proficient English skills.
