We are on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven Partner Sales Manager with a strong sales focus to accelerate growth and expand our partner network. Our Partnership team has already secured fantastic partners, including Travelperk, Personio, d.velop, Egencia, and BCD Travel. Now, we need your sales expertise to expand these relationships and land new partners to maximize revenue potential.

What will you do:

  • Drive Partner Revenue Growth: increase adoption of Mobilexpense among existing partnership portfolio
  • Maximize Partner Performance: conduct regular business reviews and develop tailored growth plans to optimize partner performance and profitability.
  • Expand Market Reach: collaborate with partners to penetrate new markets, open fresh revenue channels, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Product Initiatives: work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create compelling, high-impact sales collateral that showcases our joint value to clients.
  • Execute Co-Campaigns and Events: collaborate with Marketing to design and execute co-branded campaigns and events that drive demand and boost partner engagement.
  • Develop Winning Sales Propositions: Partner with internal sales teams and your counterparts within partner organizations to present strong, cohesive value propositions to clients. 🏆


Job requirements

About you:

  • 🎓 Experience: 2+ years experience working as a Partner Manager in a SaaS B2B environment or you’re an experienced AE/AM looking to leverage your sales skills in Partnerships. You have a proven record of achieving targets and driving revenue.
  • 💼 Commercial Acumen: commercial mindset with strong negotiation and closing abilities, and a relentless drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • 🌐 Sector Expertise: previous experience in key industries such as Payments - Mobility (MaaS) - invoice management - Fintech - HR - ERP or VAT/compliance
  • 🛠️ Tools Proficiency: HubSpot
  • 🗣️ Communication: strong communicator, able to influence in a soft way
  • 🌍 Language Skills: fluent English + fluent Dutch or German
  • 🔍 Market Insight: you stay on top of market dynamics 📈📉 (economic shifts, competitive landscape, trends) and use this insight to create strategic sales opportunities, proactively advising partners on how to navigate these changes to drive revenue growth.
