We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced
Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive and user-centric digital products. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end design processes, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create seamless user experiences. This role requires a strong grasp of usability principles, visual design, and interaction design patterns, as well as the ability to contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work autonomously within a cross-functional team, balancing user needs with business goals to deliver impactful, high-quality designs.
What will you do:
- Lead the design of core product features, from discovery and research to final UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and research) to define, design, and ship high-quality user experiences.
- Drive user-centered design solutions, conducting user interviews, testing, and iterating based on insights.
- Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency in UI patterns and brand application across products.
- Elevate design quality by reviewing and improving interaction patterns, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Play an active role in product strategy, helping define roadmaps and challenging the status quo with fresh, innovative ideas.
- Mentor junior designers, contributing to a collaborative, feedback-rich design culture.
Job requirements
About you:
- 🤝 Experience: 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with with expertise in SaaS products (B2B or B2C). You also have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in end-to-end product design, interaction design, and user research.
- 🗣️ Communication: strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- 🛠️ Tools: hands-on experience Figma, with experience in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, FigJam)
- 🌍 Language Skills: You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
Skills and Competencies we look for in a Product Designer:
- User-Centered Design: Expertise in understanding user needs and creating designs that provide intuitive, seamless experiences.
- Interaction Design & Visual Design: Deep knowledge of best practices in both interaction and visual design, ensuring user satisfaction and visual consistency.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Proficiency in using tools like Figma or Sketch to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to turn design vision into reality.
- Design Systems: Experience in building, maintaining, and applying design systems to ensure a cohesive product experience.
- User Research: Strong background in conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions.
- Communication & Presentation: Skilled at articulating design concepts and decision-making processes to various stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling ambiguity while keeping the focus on user outcomes.
- Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior designers, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative design culture.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design patterns (web and mobile). Proven experience working with and contributing to design systems. User-centric mindset, with demonstrated experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and iterating on insights.
