We’re hiring a strategic and execution-minded SEO and Content Marketing Specialist to run our organic growth engine in Dutch.

You'll work alongside our broader marketing team to turn keyword clusters into engaging, high-ranking content that converts. 

What will you do: 

• Support the SEO strategy: Own keyword research, clustering, on-page optimization, internal linking, and backlinking.  

• Run our (Dutch) content machine: Build and maintain a pipeline of articles, guides, landing pages, and more driven by business goals and search intent 

• Use AI to accelerate quality: Experiment with AI tools and agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to challenge assumptions, test ideas, and enhance the efficiency and impact of your SEO work.

• Measure and optimize: Track rankings, backlinks, time on page, and lead contribution—adjusting as needed 

• Own Dutch localization: Translate or oversee Dutch content localization to ensure tone and accuracy 

• Project management: Working with various stakeholders and team mates to work through approval processes smoothly 

• Work cross-functionally: Partner with designers, product marketers, and growth team members to drive effective distribution 

• Continuously improve: Run SEO audits, translate and localize for the Dutch market, and test new formats 

About you:

• 🎓 Experience: 3–5 years of B2B SEO and content marketing experience with results to show 

• ✍️ Copywriting: write and edit copy that serves both (AI) search engines and human readers. You are obsessed with how people search, consume, and engage with content online.

• 📊 Data-Driven Mindset: comfortable reporting on your performance and demonstrating growth over time.

• 🤖 AI Fluency: all team members are expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to build robust business cases, interpret and report on key performance metrics, and make smart use of AI tools—whatever helps them work smarter and drive results in their role.

• 🛠️ Tools Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot CRM and CMS is a plus; and tools like GA4, GSC, or Semrush, Clarity and similar 

• 🌍 Language Skills: native Dutch and English, German would be a plus
