We are on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven Partner Acquisition Manager to accelerate growth and expand our partner network. Our Partnership team has already secured fantastic partners, including Travelperk, Personio, d.velop, Egencia, and BCD Travel. Now, we need your expertise to land new partners to maximize revenue potential.

What will you do?

As a Partner Acquistition Manager at Mobilexpense, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strategic partnerships and expanding our ecosystem. Your mission involves identifying companies that complement our offering, fostering connections with potential partners, and laying the groundwork for partner success.

You are comfortable working in a virtual team dispersed across our offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Brussels or from home.

Main objectives:

  • Leverage and build your network to explore, identify, and engage potential partners

  • Initiate successful conversations across various channels, establishing the foundation for enduring partnerships

  • Assess the compatibility of potential partners and select them based on our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP)

  • Share insights about our solutions and partnership models, understanding partners' needs to create added value for our joint-customers

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and partnership strategies through continuous training and development 

Tasks & key responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for recruiting new partners and strategically expand our ecosystem

  • Shape and promote our Partner Program

  • Design and implement a scalable outreach process to effectively recruit new partners

  • Ensure that partner outreach efforts align with overarching business development objectives

  • Design and execute our partner onboarding process

  • Continuously train partners and organize sales enablement sessions

  • Take ownership of our Ideal Partner Profile, refining it based on market trends and growth ambitions of Mobilexpense

  • Launch new initiatives and ways to leverage partnerships for revenue growth, market expansion, and increased brand awareness.

Job requirements

About you:

  • 🎓 Experience: 2+ years experience working as a Partner Manager in a SaaS B2B environment

  • 🛠️ Tools Proficiency: HubSpot

  • 🗣️ Communication: strong communicator, able to influence in a soft way

  • 🌍 Language Skills: fluent English + native German or Dutch

  • 🔍 Networking: ability to establish connections effortlessly, paving the way for fruitful partnerships
