Job description

Quality Assurance (QA)

We’re expanding our Quality Assurance team and are looking for people who want to grow in a more technical, product-focused direction. If you enjoy understanding how software products work, have an eye for detail, and like solving problems, this could be a great next step in your career.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and analyze feature requirements

  • Create and execute test cases for new and existing features

  • Perform functional, regression (testing existing features after changes), and exploratory testing

  • Raise defects with clear, reproducible details

  • Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to improve product quality

  • Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of customer workflows and how users interact with software products (experience in customer support or product support roles is a plus)

  • Attention to detail and solid analytical thinking

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Willingness to learn QA tools and AI first methodologies

  • Strong analytical thinking and AI proficiency: all team members are expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and make smart use of AI tools, whatever helps them work smarter and drive results in their role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps

  • Familiarity with Agile

  • Curiosity about testing automation
