We're looking for ambitious, Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representatives who are hungry to learn, motivated by results, and excited to be part of a high-performance team. This is more than just a job, it’s your launchpad into a successful career in B2B sales.
You’ll report to Lex, who started his own journey at Mobilexpense as an SDR and quickly grew into his current role as an Account Executive. He’s been in your shoes, knows the ropes, and will support you as you find your own style. Expect guidance, trust, and the freedom to make the role your own.
What will you do
Identify, contact, and qualify new prospects across Europe
Use tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage outreach
Be the first impression of Mobilexpense — calling, emailing, and connecting with decision-makers
Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified leads
Become an expert in our product, the expense management market, and our competitors
You will occasionally join events where you will have the chance to represent Mobilexpense
Job requirements
About you:
🎓 Experience & background: you’ll maybe have had 1 sales role previously and you have a Business background or similar.
🌍 Language Skills: You have a native level of Dutch and speak fluent English.
🏆 Attitude: You’re a natural communicator with a proactive mindset, driven by results and eager to hit goals!
🤝 Commercial: Some commercial experience is nice to have, but not required — we’ll train you!
