Role: HR Ops Specialist
Location: Brussels with a hybrid way of working
Position: maternity leave replacement / limited contract
Schedule: part-time
Start Date: April 25 - December 25
We are looking for a HR Ops Specialist interested to work in a cohesive team that manages the end-to-end employee life cycle throughout Europe.

The big picture
You will be mainly responsible for payroll and some other aspects of the employees life cycle (benefits management, recruitment support…)
Drilling down
Work on payroll closing with our team, especially with Finance
Benefits management (in 7 different entities around Europe)
Keep our HRIS (BambooHR) up to date and are familiar with running reports through the tool while ensuring HR policies and employee documentation for all countries are always updated according to local labour laws
Recruitment support to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates
Job requirements
About you:
🎓 Experience: 2+ years experience working as a Payroll specialist or HR Ops specialist. You have a good knowledge of Belgian labour law. Experience with and knowledge of at least NL, DE, SE or PT labour law/payroll is a big plus.
🛠️ Tools Proficiency: SDworx, ideally BambooHR and Recruitee
🗣️ Communication & attitude: you are a wizard when it comes to organizational and time management skills, and you are proactive
🌍 Language Skills: fluent English + French and/or Dutch
