🔎 Your Mission
We’re looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth through our strategic partner ecosystem. You’ll play a critical role in deepening relationships with trusted names like Travelperk, Personio, Egencia, BCD Travel and more while actively shaping the next wave of Mobilexpense partnerships.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver high-impact go-to-market plans, co-campaigns, and joint sales strategies. If you have a strong B2B SaaS sales background, a passion for building value-driven relationships, and want to make a visible impact in a fast-scaling company, this role is for you.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
Grow Partner Revenue: Drive adoption and upsell opportunities within existing partner networks.
Optimize Partner Performance: Lead business reviews and co-develop performance plans that deliver measurable growth.
Expand Our Reach: Collaborate with partners to open new markets and revenue channels.
Build Joint GTM Materials: Work with Sales, Product, and Marketing to co-create high-impact value propositions.
Execute Campaigns & Events: Launch co-branded campaigns and events that drive partner and customer engagement.
Win New Partners: Actively scout and onboard new strategic partners aligned with our growth vision.
Drive Strategic Sales: Partner with internal teams and partner AEs to close deals with joint customers.
Job requirements
👤 Who You Are
Experience: 2+ years as a Partner Manager in a B2B SaaS company OR a strong AE/AM ready to pivot into Partnerships. You’ve consistently hit or exceeded sales targets.
Commercial Mindset: You know how to negotiate, close deals, and think revenue-first without sacrificing partner trust.
Industry Know-How: Experience in at least one of these sectors: Payments, Mobility (MaaS), Invoice Management, Fintech, HR, ERP, or Tax/Compliance SaaS.
Tooling: Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Languages: Fluent in English AND either Dutch or German (both is a plus).
Market Awareness: You track economic shifts and trends and use them to advise partners and drive opportunities.
Analytical & AI-Savvy: Comfortable building business cases, analyzing performance data, and using AI tools to work smarter.
