She's an ex Implementation Engineer so she can mentor you and help you grow, she's also the first to roll up her sleeves and get hands-on.

You'll join a team of 16 collaborative supportive colleagues who range in age from 22 to 37 so plenty of great team mates to vibe off and learn from.

You'll get the chance to challenge old methods to make improvements and make your mark on Mobilexpense.

What will you do?

• You will join us as the configuration and functional expert where you will actively contribute to the success of implementation projects and change requests.
• You are responsible for configuring, testing and validating instances within a defined project scope or change request.
• You'll collaborate closely with our project managers & change managers to ensure timely and comprehensive communication towards the customer.
• The OPS team is located in Brussels (Belgium) and Iasi (Romania). The collaboration is highly facilitated by a great team spirit and organization, plus we use Slack and JIRA).

System configuration:

• Configuration of Mobilexpense customer instance based on specifications documents
• Responsible for the scope of the implementation ticket (technical and functional) and related customer communication

Delivery of the requests and scope:

• Communicate with the appropriate teams to ensure delivery of the effort estimation and the breakdown of the work packages
• Installation and validation of customer’s customization features
• Creation and update of specifications documents

Test & verification:

• Technical and functional testing
• Verify if the deliverables are in accordance with the customer expectations

About you:

• Experience with acceptance testing and test scenarios (read, write, execute)
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
• Communication skills
• Customer-service orientation
• Knowledge of reading SQL code (this is a nice to have)
• Time management
• German knowledge is a plus
